yep, it's one of the default brushes there if I recall correctly.
(I downloaded so many brushes that it's hard to remember which ones where there from the start and which ones did I download lol :'D)

yeah my friend told me that luigi can cast lightning in those games. I've never played a mario game before, so that little detail wasn't come up by me.
